planning on your part, you
can be conducting your seminars in 35 days (45 for West
Coast). 2008
Order Timeline
Step 1:
Decide what geographical area you want
to send your invitations to. Provide us with at least 5 zip
codes and
the age and income
parameters of the audience you’d like to target.
Keep in mind that people typically don’t like to
drive any further to get to your seminars than they would
for most
daily activities
(15 minutes or so). This information should be completed
on Order Form 4.
Step 2:
Find
a restaurant (1st choice) or country club (2nd choice)
with a private room for you to hold your seminar
in your selected
area. Yes, serving a meal is the most effective way of
generating
response and ultimately the most cost effective. Look
for a place that your ideal client would normally frequent.
The location
should be easy to get to and, hopefully, a place your
invitees
have been to or are at least familiar with. The location
of your
seminar is the most significant factor you control to
overcome potential attendees’ fear of coming to your
seminar. Location information should be completed on Order
Form
2.
Step 3:
You’re ready to develop your invitation. Simply
fax us the text (or the bullet points if you would like us
to compose your invitation for you) at 727-823-9311. If you
have previous invitations you’ve used, it helps to fax
those as well. If you’d prefer, we have a series of standard
invitations in our library that can be faxed to you for ideas.
We will then develop your invitation and fax you a proof to
review. Remember, compliance approval is your responsibility.
