Quite a few things.
Experience: For over 13 years, we have processed and mailed
more than 9,000 seminar
promotions in
every state in the country. Personal Attention: We stay with
you every step of the way, instead of selling you a “system” to
implement yourself and hope for the best. Focus: We don’t
sell boot camps, seminar presentations or financial products.
It is our job to fill the rooms at our clients’ seminars
with as many qualified prospects as possible. Period. We stick
with what we know and what we do best - marketing.

How much does it cost and what do I get for my money?
Depending on the style of invitation you want to use, the
cost is $.70/invitation or $.75/invitation based on a 5,000
piece mailing. Our RSVP service is $.05/invitation. Our combination
RSVP service and confirmation calls are $.08/invitation.
All basic services include full consultation, mailing list
and research, copywriting and art layout, invitations, admission
tickets, reply RSVP cards, envelopes, all mailing services,
postage and a printout of the mailing with phone numbers
(where available).

Do you advise your clients to serve lunch or dinner at their
seminars?
Absolutely. The increased attendance at lunch or dinner
seminars results in more appointments which translates into
more business
written for you. Experience has shown that trying to save
money by not serving a meal does not produce a better ROI or
a more
qualified audience. Instead, it ends up costing more money
in the long run. Follow our formula and you will see more
qualified prospects, set more appointments and write more business.

How much lead time do you need?
Starting from the day we receive your zip codes and invitation
copy, we need 35 days (45 days for the West Coast) from the
date of your first seminar.

Do I design my seminar based on your invitation?
No, our system
will work with whatever seminar you have purchased or developed.
We will customize our invitation copy to
fit your seminar, not the other way around.
