APPOINTMENT SETTING

PSI! offers a complete turnkey appointment setting service. You provide us the names of the people you want us to call and we execute. We have the ability to make calls on many different types of lists.

  • Cold Calling: Making calls on a cold list that we can scrub against the Do Not Call registry (We do not charge for the scrubbing of the list).
  • Prospect database: Making calls to people that are already in your database to get additional appointments from old leads
  • Post seminar: Making calls after a seminar to attendees while they are still hot leads.
  • Client calls: Making calls to an exisiting book of businesses to cross sell products, ask for referrals, or announce a new service.

PSI! operators will attempt to contact each name up to six times before they leave a message on their voice mail. A daily e-mailed or faxed report will be sent to your office with the results from the past day. When an actual appointment is set you will be notified with an instant email. We do record every call that we make and our operators make very detailed notes on each file. On a real time basis you can access your password protected website to view your results. We have each name hyperlinked, and by clicking on their name you can access the notes on the person, their contact info, and you can actually listen to the call we made. On the reports website we also have separate areas where you can see your hot leads and the appointments that were set.

TELE-SURVEY SERVICES

Select from a variety of tele-survey services that will help you find out why people came to your seminars, what they liked and didn't like, plus why they did or didn't make an appointment. You can also determine why those who said they would attend didn’t. You’ll be able to find out how the people you invited to your seminars felt about the location, time, subject matter, and much more. Plus, you'll be able to view the results of your surveys on-line, real-time.

Choose from two kinds of Tele-Survey Services:

1) Seminar Attendee Survey Calls: Our staff will call all of the people who attended your seminar and ask them five or six questions about the seminar — from how they liked the day, date, time, place and food, to the information you shared with them, to why they did or did not set an appointment with you. This information will be crucial when it comes time to plan your next seminar in that area.

2) Seminar No-Show Survey Calls: These calls will be targeted to those who had made reservations to attend your seminar, but for some reason, didn't show up. Again, our professional tele-survey staff will ask those people to give specific reasons for not attending and also ask them about their seminar attending habits.
